I'm biking the country (Providence to San Francisco) this summer for affordable housing. I'm biking for Bike and Build. Basically, I bike across the country, raise a bunch of money, and stop along the way and build houses. Check out my profile here!

it's psychology stupid
I know there’s no place in law for this. But the reason you’d consider throwing out unreliable witnesses more seriously is because the jury is unlikely to be trained like lawyers are. There’s no discussion of the jury ability to reason being swayed by psychological circumstance.
